Dr. Richard Morgan
Dr. Richard Morgan was born in Bay City, Texas in the Texas gulf coast region. After finishing his pre-dental curriculum at Sam Houston State University, he got his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. After serving in the U.S. Army Dental Corps and a tour in South Viet Nam, Dr. Morgan opened his practice of cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry in Lubbock.

The services offered in his practice include tooth colored fillings, metal free crowns and inlays, endodontics, bridges, implants, dentures, periodontal therapy, extractions, as well as routine preventive dental hygiene for all ages. Nitrous oxide conscious sedation is also available.

The Morgan family includes five children and five grand-children. Dr. Morgan and his wife Pam have been married for 24 years. Pam grew up in Dallas and later attended Texas Tech University. The Morgans attended Lakeridge Methodist Church in Lubbock.

In his spare time, Dr. Morgan enjoys spending time with his family, golf, boating, jogging, and college football.


Christy J. - Registered Dental Hygienist
Christy has been practicing dental hygiene for twelve years; eleven of those years have been spent practicing alongside Dr. Morgan. Christy takes great pride in educating her patients about the importance of achieving and maintains dental health.

Christy's interests include spending time with her two young children and her husband of ten years. Christy also enjoys reading, exercising, and cooking for her family and friends.


Capri C. - - Intern/Pre-Dental Major
Capri currently attends Lubbock Christian University where she is a pre-dental major. Capri says "Dr. Morgan has been a wonderful mentor to me by allowing me to have a hand's on learning experience. I have been learning all aspects of Dentistry, from clinical to business. I feel as though this has not only given me a jump start on dentistry, but shows me what dentistry is really about."

Outside the office and school, Capri runs on the LCU women's cross country team, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping and reading.


Sarah B. - Dental Assistant
Sarah became a certified dental assistant through Texas Careers Institute (Kaplan College) and completed her internship here in our office. Mid-way through her hours we knew we needed to make her a permanent member of our team. She has been with us for a year and a half now.

Sarah strives to ensure an excellent experience for every patient, every visit.

"My Favorite part of my job would have to be the cosmetic work we do, the transformation that not only occurs in the patients mouth but in their confidence as they walk out the door is so rewarding!"

In her leisure time, Sarah enjoys playing softball, and watching the Boston Red Sox. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, dog and cat.
